Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who arrive late for sessions will still be charged the full contracted fee. Clients who do not show for appointments will be charged the full fee. Clients who miss three sessions without notice will be discharged from services. In such cases, all outstanding fees must be paid prior to resuming services with BeSpeak Solutions, Inc.
