I am interested in helping others discover, embrace, speak, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Using narrative -informed practices, I offer services for individuals, families, groups, and communities of every kind.
I bring to this work a deep commitment to total health, healing, and the sacred gift of communal life. Through BeSpeak Solutions, Inc., I am here to help you navigate your way to a future bright with hope, fulfillment, and healthier relationships. My work at BeSpeak Solutions, Inc. is a culmination of my professional experience, education, training, and personal journey toward wholeness and health. Guiding others in the process of transformation is my gift and joy.

As a Transformational DEI and Narrative Specialist, I use my experience, education, and expertise to help clients identify their growing edges, areas where growth is needed to embrace and live into their vision for themselves and their communities. Evidence of my passion and effectiveness in these areas include my work to reduce food and housing insecurity, my participation in organizing the IAF affiliate One Wake in Wake County, NC, my work as an LGBTQIA ally in pastoral counseling, and my most recent certification as a Transformational DEI Specialist.
